We promise to value your time and expect the same courtesy. We require an absolute minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment.

If you don’t show up or fail to meet this requirement, you will be charged the full cost of the booked appointment.

Cancelling online is the best and fastest way to cancel. Appointments are not booked, rescheduled, or canceled via email. In an emergency, you may call or text.

Product Policy

At The Academy of Sacred Beauty®, we uphold the highest standards of purity, quality, and integrity in every product we offer. Due to the natural volatility of pure ingredients, we do not accept returns—once a product leaves our care, we can no longer guarantee its efficacy or uphold our sacred stamp of approval.

That said, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to initiate a replacement.
